问1:何谓有线电视系统?答:有线电视是一个完整的系统概念。目前,国内外同行已把“有线电视”与“CableTV”认定为同义语。然而,何谓有线电视系统,国内外不同的标准版本有不同的说法。(1)国际标准DVB—C/ITU—TJ.83中的定义:有线电视系统为(前端和接收端)若干个功能模块,它们主要根据有线电视通道的特性,使基带电视信号适配于有线电视系统。在系统前端,作为节目源的基带电视信号可以是卫星信号、其他外来信号及本地节目源。
Q: What is a cable TV system? A: Cable TV is a complete system concept. At present, domestic and foreign counterparts have identified “cable TV” and “CableTV” as synonymous. However, what is meant by cable television system, different standards at home and abroad have different versions. (1) Definition in International Standard DVB-C / ITU-TJ.83: The cable television system is a number of functional modules (front-end and receiver) which mainly adapt the characteristics of the cable television channel to adapt the baseband television signal to wired TV system. At the system’s front end, the baseband TV signals that are the source of the program can be satellite signals, other external signals, and local sources.
