肝吸虫(华支睾吸虫)病分布于世界各地,尤以东南亚地区为主,它对人、畜及水产业的危害都十分严重。我国目前有23个省市自治区有本病的流行,但云南至今未见本病的确切报告,而邻省的四川、贵州及广西均有本病流行,因此,在全省范围内开展本病的调查,以确定肝吸虫在我省是否存在或有地域性流行很有必要。基于此目的,作者于1990年3～4月间对昆明市花鸟市场出售的家猫作了调查,摘要报告如下:材料与方法:先后从花鸟市场同一猫贩手中购得家猫12只,麻醉后处死,取小肠
