柑桔黄龙病是广东、广西和福建省主要柑桔产区的严重病害。近几年来在生产斗争和科学试验中,广大果农和农业科学工作者已积累了丰富的生产经验和试验研究成果,掌握了以枝梢、叶片的形状、色泽等症状,作为区分病树和健树标准的柑桔黄龙病识别方法,但这种方法常常不易与缺素症树区分开来。根据当前柑桔生产和植物检疫工作的迫切要求,首先必须解决柑桔黄龙病准确可靠的鉴别和检验方法,以便控制病苗、病接穗的调运,和压缩其为害。 1963年我们在广西僮族自治区柳州市果树园艺场,进行了柑桔黄龙病有关症状的观察研究,初步结果如下:
