农村财务公开制度的建立,不断增强了农村干部接受社会监督的意识,提高了群众对农村集体资产运行的满意度,促进了干群关系的和谐稳定,有力夯实了农村基层党风廉政建设的基础。但是,随着时间的推移,个别村组在财务公开工作中,开始出现了一些问题,引起群众的不满,并且愈来愈成为影响农村稳定的重要因素。
