目的:探讨端粒酶催化亚单位(TERT)是否参与了实验性外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)视网膜前膜的细胞增殖调控及其随病程的动态变化。方法:对外伤性PVR大鼠模型视网膜前膜做S-P法TERT免疫组织化学染色和HE染色,染色结果行计算机图像分析。结果:术后7,14,21,28d视网膜前膜阳性细胞率出现先升高后略降,分别为(4.5±2.7)%,(14.2±4.6)%,(13.0±4.8)%,(9.2±2.3)%,平均A分别为0.0690±0.0213,0.0912±0.0125,0.0825±0.0278,0.0744±0.0159,7d组与14d组和21d组比较有显著性差异,28d组较前2组阳性率下降,差别有显著性意义。结论:端粒酶的激活可能是启动PVR视网膜前膜细胞增殖的机制之一,TERT的表达随病程而出现波动。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether telomerase catalytic subunit (TERT) is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation in the proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) of experimental traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and its dynamic changes with the course of disease. Methods: The retinal pre-retinal membrane of traumatic PVR rat model was subjected to S-P method TERT immunohistochemical staining and HE staining. The staining results were analyzed by computer image. RESULTS: The rate of pre-retinal membrane positive cells increased slightly at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after operation, and decreased slightly (4.5 ± 2.7%, 14.2 ± 4.6%, 13.0 ± 4.8%, 9.2% ± 2.3%), mean A were 0.0690 ± 0.0213,0.0912 ± 0.0125,0.0825 ± 0.0278,0.0744 ± 0.0159, 7d group and 14d group and 21d group were significantly different, the positive rate of the 28d group compared with the former two groups decreased, difference Have significant significance. Conclusion: The activation of telomerase may be one of the mechanisms that initiate the proliferation of retinal pre-retinal cells in PVR. The expression of TERT fluctuates with the course of disease.
