本文就呋喃咀啶所致的多发性周围神经病复习了世界文献。据58篇文献报告数千例服用呋喃呾啶的病人中,有137例记述出现周围神经疾患。多数病人的症状发生在治疗最初的45天内。呋喃呾啶的日用量为每天100—800毫克。多数病例在总量1—15克时发病,症状的轻重与服药的总量无关。症状首先表现为起始于肢体远端的感觉异常和减退,双侧对称上行,继而出现同样方式的不同程度瘫痪振动觉有时减低,伴腱反射消失,常以下肢为明显。
This article reviews the world literature on furanidiazide-induced multiple peripheral neuropathy. Thirty-five of the 58 reported reports of peripheral neuropathy were reported in thousands of patients taking furanidazole. The symptoms of most patients occur within the first 45 days of treatment.
