利用档案资料及文献检索、数据汇总分析等方式,研究分析深圳市食品卫生从政府投入、监督队伍建设、食品企业的壮大、监督力度的加强、检验检测体系及食物中毒的调查处理等方面的发展趋势和主要成就,对深圳市30年来食品卫生事业发展历程进行回顾。30年来,深圳市食品卫生监督检测机构由原来的1家发展到37家;市及区级机构固定资产由10万元发展到3.68亿元;工作人员由28人发展到1297人;业务用房面积由300m2发展到52185m2;专职的食品卫生专业人员由2人发展到138人;食品生产经营企业由232家发展到84515家;食品的检测项目由5项发展到384项;食物中毒的原因查明率由88.24%上升至97.1%。建议政府继续加大对食品卫生事业的投入,同时食品卫生监督监测机构应不断加强能力及基础设施建设,以满足社会的需要、确保大众的食品卫生安全。

Over the past 30 years, the number of food hygiene supervision and inspection agencies in Shenzhen has grown from 37 to 37; the fixed assets of municipal and district-level agencies have grown from 100,000 yuan to 368 million yuan; the number of staff has grown from 28 to 1,297; Area from 300m2 to 52185m2; professional food hygiene professionals developed from 2 to 138; food production and operation of enterprises from 232 to 84,515; food testing items from 5 to 384; food poisoning causes Bright rate increased from 88.24% to 97.1%. It is recommended that the government continue to increase its investment in food hygiene. Meanwhile, the food hygiene supervision and monitoring agency should continuously strengthen its capabilities and infrastructure to meet the needs of the community and ensure the public’s food hygiene and safety.
