从甲骨文“教”这个字的含义,突出表明了师道尊严的思想,以禁锢学生的思想来疏通课堂教学的渠道。而如今,社会飞速发展,时代在呼唤着课堂教学的改革,学生已经被作为一个具有独立人格的教育对象,教育工作者的任何有悖于教育规律、教师法的言行举止,都将为社会所不容。因此,必须改革课堂教学,在课堂教学中艺术性地处理课堂违纪,以达到利于教学顺利进行,师生情感配合的理想境地。所以探讨处理课堂违纪的艺术就摆到了我们广大教育工作者的面前。
