(一)2001年水稻播种面积减少,预计总产量将下降,优质稻种植面积增加 2001年全国水稻播种面积为2849.4万公顷,比上年减少4.9％,总产量预计为17723万吨,比上年下降5.7％。其中,2001年早稻播种面积为616.7万公顷,比上年减少9.6％,早稻产量3375.5万吨,比上年减产10％,早稻中优质稻面积预计将达到400万公顷左右,占早稻播种面积的60％以上,比上年提高9个百分点。
