国内外许多学者研究了农作物杂种优势与同工酶的关系,并取得了一定的进展。油桐的良种选育工作,在国内外已有较长的历史。本试验利用我院经济林研究室的千年桐×三年桐种间杂交组合和有显著杂种优势的浙5×浙8种内杂交组合的亲本和杂种单株材料进行过氧化物酶同工酶的分析,以研究杂交亲本及F_1过氧化物酶同工酶的异同,以便为良种选育的早期预测提供依据。
Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the relationship between crop heterosis and isozymes and made some progress. Tung tree breeding work has a long history at home and abroad. In this study, we used peroxidase isozymes from the parents and hybrids of the cross between the Tongliao × Trichosanthes and the cross combinations of Zhe 5 × Zhe 8 with significant heterosis in the Research Institute of Economic Forestry in our hospital To study the similarities and differences between F1 hybrids and F_1 peroxidase isozymes in order to provide basis for the early prediction of elite breeding.
