枣果贮藏保鲜方法很多,但都存在一定的局限性。本文在已有贮藏原理和贮藏方法基础上,综合考虑贮藏期、成本等因素,提出适宜推广的贮藏方法,为枣鲜贮提供参考。
Jujube fruit preservation methods are many, but there are some limitations. Based on the existing storage principle and storage method, this paper puts forward the storage method suitable for popularization, considering the factors such as storage period and cost, and provides a reference for jujube fresh storage.
