乡镇党政组织,是党和国家联系农民的纽带,是落实各项任务的前沿。乡镇干部处于农村工作第一线,面向千家万户,肩负着组织群众、宣传群众,带领群众发展商品生产,建设精神文明的直接责任。乡镇一级工作做好了,整个农村就活了。所以,我们坚持把加强乡镇领导班子建设,启动基层自身活力,作为做好农村工作的关键来抓。经过几年的努力,取得了初步成效。我们的主要做法是:
