从加强“阳光体育”在学校体育开展和增强我国学生体质的作用入手,运用文献资料法、访谈法以及逻辑分析法对现阶段我国开展的“阳光体育”进行研究,旨在深入剖析“阳光体育”开展中的各种不利因素,为学校阳光体育运动的开展提供参考与建议。
From the perspective of strengthening the role of Sunshine Sports in school physical education and enhancing the constitution of Chinese students, this paper studies the “Sunshine Sports” carried out by our country at the present stage by means of literature review, interviews and logical analysis, Analysis of “Sunshine Sports ” in the development of various unfavorable factors for the school sunshine sports to provide reference and advice.
