用7个春小麦品种(品系)进行双列杂交,配成21个组合,对其F_1代抗白粉性、抗叶锈病性的配合力分析表明,同一亲本不同抗病性的配合力不同,不同亲本同一抗病性的配合力也不同,同一亲本在不同杂交组合中抗病性配合力也有差别因此,抗病育种工作中不能只根据原始材料本身抗病性的表现来选择亲本,而必须根据抗病性配合力的高低来选配组合。参试品种(品系)中,赛洛斯(Siete Cerros)和石春1号(Shichun NO.1)是较好的兼抗白粉病和叶锈病的亲本,新春2号(Xinchun NO.2)可以作抗白粉病的亲本。由于抗叶锈病性特殊配合力方差差异不显著,故未估算抗叶锈性遗传力。抗白粉病性的广义遗传力为68.24%,狭义遗传力为52.76%。
