2010年7月,义海能源大煤沟煤矿采区工作面需要安装1部DSJ120/100/2×160型带式输送机,配移机尾。原DSJ120带式输送机移机尾在该矿的实际使用中存在结构复杂、体积大、安装不方便及固定不可靠等问题,需要对移机尾重新设计。根据该矿的要求和井下实际情况,结合带式输送机类似案例的技术状况,对DSJ120/100/2×160型带式输送机移机尾进行了改进,并应用于实际生产中,取得了满意的效果。
