推进财政管理信息系统一体化建设,是提高财政管理科学化精细化水平、推进财政改革发展的客观需要。日照市作为山东省市级平台试点市,于2010年5月启动“日照市财政业务综合管理平台”的建设与实施工作,目前市级及所辖区县、开发区均已建成基于平台的一体化财政管理信息系统,上线运行情况良好。截至2011年6月,市级通过新系统编制部门预算227份;累计下达指标11314笔,金额110亿元;授权支付支出41398笔,金额23.3亿元,直接支付支出5765笔,金额64.1亿元;办理政府采购业务1275笔,采购金额11.5亿元。
