In order to better adapt to the development of market economy, cultivate qualified information talents and strive to serve the construction of “four modernizations”, a national information worker training course jointly organized by the National Materials Bureau Metal Recycling Bureau and China Metal Recycling Society was held in December 1987 4th in Kunming, Yunnan Province ended.
