经中国会计学会第三届常务理事会第二次会议讨论通过,并报财政部领导批准,经过一年时间筹备,中国总会计师研究会于1990年5月26日在鞍山钢铁公司召开成立大会。来自鞍钢、一汽、二汽,燕化等全国特大型联合企业,平顶山矿务局、沈冶、辽化、南昌飞机制造厂、沈阳飞机制造厂、东北制药厂等大型企业,以及建筑、有色、电子、机械、航天、冶金等行业企业的总会计师;上海、南京、贵州、四川等地区总会计师研究会的代表;铁道、商业、电子、外经贸、机械、兵工、水电、中国人民解放军军需等行业会计学会的代表,共36人出席了成立大会。中国会计学会秘书长张德明,副秘书长余秉坚、丁平准参加了会议。鞍
