攻丝夹头是加工螺纹的一种必备工具,它通常由两部分组成:(1)过载保护机构,(2)浮动机构。为了使机床的工具系列适应自动化的加工需要,并具有相当的可靠性,因此攻丝夹头产品的更新换代应主要围绕着怎样解决过载保护机构——安全离合器的结构形式和夹持丝锥的方式这两个问题而进行。本文就国内现行生产的攻丝夹头的离合器结构形式进行研究分析,并就离合器采用双滚柱式结构进行重点探讨.
