本文探讨了股权结构与公司治理的概念及对企业生存和发展的重要意义,分析了我国现行的股权结构对公司治理效率的影响,并提出了优化股权结构,完善公司治理的方法和对策,如国有股的有序退出;妥善解决国家股的流通问题;引入机构投资者,建立多元化的投资主体;加强职工参与,在企业中推行内部职工持股等。
This paper explores the concept of ownership structure and corporate governance and its significance to the survival and development of enterprises. It analyzes the impact of the current ownership structure on the efficiency of corporate governance in China, and puts forward the methods and countermeasures to optimize the ownership structure and improve corporate governance. The orderly exit of state-owned shares, the proper solution to the circulation of state-owned shares, the introduction of institutional investors, the establishment of a diversified investment body, the enhancement of employee participation and the promotion of internal employee stock ownership in enterprises.
