金水椪柑2号是金水柑的优良芽变单株,经多年选育而成的少核椪柑新品种。2010年获得湖北省林木良种审定。该品种果实呈扁圆形,平均单果重155.0g,果实平均纵、横径分别为6.83cm和7.01cm,果形指数约为0.98。每果种子数平均5.5粒,可食率75%,维生素C含量268.0mg/kg,总酸1.04%,可溶性固形物12.4%,固酸比11.9。风味浓郁,肉质脆嫩化渣。
