以大量详实的农业气象历史资料为基础,结合实时情报分析结果,在WindowsNTServer网络环境下,通过CGL技术,研制出具有网络功能的农业气象情报服务系统。系统在最具权威性网络平台Internet的NetscapeNavigator或Explorer浏览器下以HTTP超文本传输协议运行,具有广阔的发展前景。系统以服务为宗旨,体现了信息量大、服务迅速、简便实用的特点。内容包括农业生产背景、作物周年服务、农业气象灾害、产量分析预测、情报服务产品等部分。主要涉及按作物生育期或旬月季节服务,水份盈亏和总辐射计算,江苏省干旱、雨涝、连阴雨、台风、冰雹、霜冻、冻害等综合服务,全省粮棉油历年产量分布及多模式预测服务,农业气象情报报告和图形产品的网络传输服务。
Based on a large amount of detailed historical data of agricultural meteorology, combined with the real-time intelligence analysis results, we developed a network-enabled agrometeorological intelligence service system through CGL technology under the Windows NT Server environment. The system runs under the HTTP Hypertext Transfer Protocol under the Netscape Navigator or Explorer browser which is the most authoritative network platform Internet and has broad development prospects. System for the purpose of service, embodies the large amount of information, rapid service, simple and practical features. Contents include agricultural production background, crop services, agricultural meteorological disasters, production analysis and forecast, intelligence services and other parts. Mainly related to the crop growth period or ten months of seasonal services, water profits and losses and the total radiation calculation, Jiangsu Province, drought, rain, even the rain, typhoon, hail, frost, frost damage and other integrated services, Model prediction services, agrometeorological intelligence reports and graphic products network transmission services.
