在高速旋转机械领域,励磁磁力轴承近来被证实为传统滚珠、滚柱、油润滑轴承的实用替换件。在励磁磁力轴承中,采用一块静止的电磁铁(定子)和一块转动的钢铁部件(转子)使得轴悬浮在磁场中(见图1)。轴的位置是由一个传感器通过一个控制与放大系统向悬浮轴的电磁极端提供连续的反馈信息来实现动态平衡(见图2)。所需的两个独立系统是:轴向定位系统即止推轴承,和一对径向定位系统即轴颈轴承。
In the field of high-speed rotating machinery, field magnetic bearings have recently been proven to be a practical replacement for conventional ball bearings, roller bearings and oil-lubricated bearings. In field magnet bearings, the shaft is suspended in a magnetic field by a stationary electromagnet (stator) and a rotating steel part (rotor) (see Figure 1). The position of the shaft is dynamically balanced by a sensor that provides continuous feedback to the solenoidal poles of the levitation shaft through a control and amplification system (see Figure 2). The two independent systems required are: Thrust bearings for axial positioning systems and journal bearings for radial positioning systems.
