翅片管式换热器是目前气液热交换设备中使用最广泛的一种,它是通过在普通基管上加装翅片来达到强化换热的目的。通过对圆形开孔翅片管空气侧的流动与传热特性进行数值模拟,得到换热器的流场特性,分析在有无扰流孔的情况下翅片管表面的局部换热系数分布规律,并得到扰流孔数、尺寸、位置因素对空气侧传热性能的影响。模拟结果表明:在一定范围内,换热器换热量随着扰流孔数量增加不断增加;随着扰流孔尺寸增大,总换热量呈减少态势;相对来说,扰流孔位置与换热量并无直接关系。
