我们在《砖瓦》杂志上刊登了“关于用半干法压制成型工艺生产盲孔砖及其压砖机”一文,受到了全国各地区的砖厂及有关行业管理部门的广泛关注.压制成型工艺的性能优势及盲孔砖本身的高强、承重、保温、轻质的性能也得到了人们的共识下面我们对该工艺及其设备作一综合叙述.
We published the article “The production of blind hole bricks and their presses using the semi-dry compression molding process” in the magazine “Brick Tiles” and received extensive attention from the brick factories and related industry management departments in various regions of the country. The performance advantages of the process and the high-strength, load-bearing, heat-insulating, and lightweight properties of the blind-hole brick itself have also been recognized by people. Next we will give a comprehensive description of the process and its equipment.
