会阴切开术后如处理不当,往往引起产褥感染。我院从1990年以来,对会阴切开术后患者的创面皮肤采用络合碘擦洗,取得良好效果。 1 临床资料 本组200例,年龄20～28岁,平均24岁。全部作会阴切开术,其中侧切口184例;直切口16例;初产妇190例,经产妇10例。随机分为2组,第1组在会阴切开术后,用络合碘棉球涂擦切口处皮肤,每日2次,大便后亦擦洗,直至拆线,
