在督脉,双侧膀胱经经脉线上施拨、摩、啄、捏、拍5种手法,并根据辨证分型,分为肝郁化火、痰热内扰、阴虚火旺、心脾两虚和心虚胆怯5个证型,施以不同手法,治疗32例失眠患者.2个疗程后,治愈25例,显效7例,未愈0例,有效率100%.,Five kinds of manipulations of plucking, circular rubbing, pecking, pinching and patting were performed on the channels of Govor Vessel and bilateral Bladder Meridian. According to syndrome differentiation, all the 32 cases were divided into 5 syndromes of the stagnated liver-qi causing fire syndrome, the phlegm-heat attacking upper parts syndrome, the hyperactivity of fire due to yindeficiency syndrome, the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome and the timidity due to insufficiency of qi and deficiency of blood of the heart syndrome and were then treated by different manipulations. After 2 courses of treatment, 25 cases were cured, 7 cases got marked effectiveness,no case failed and the effective rate was 100%.
