运营业和设备业无疑都进入了一个“过渡期”。对于运营商而言,这是用户规模使用2G向规模使用3G的过渡阶段;对于设备商来说,则是全球大规模3G建设基本完成到4G开始试水的过渡期。
Operational and equipment industries have undoubtedly entered a “transitional period.” For operators, this is the transitional phase for 2G to 3G subscribers. For equipment manufacturers, it is the transition period from the completion of large-scale 3G construction in the world to the start of testing of water by 4G.
