民以食为天,食品安全事关全民。2016年1月27日,习近平对食品安全工作做出重要指示强调,确保食品安全是民生工程、民心工程,是各级党委、政府义不容辞之责。2016年是“十三五”开局之年,要牢固树立以人民为中心的发展理念,坚持党政同责、标本兼治,加强统筹协调,加快完善统一权威的监管体制和制度,落实“四个最严’’的要求,切实保障人民群众”舌尖上的安全“。鉴于此,本刊特别邀请浙江省春晖中学的程波老师从《经济生活》《政治生活》角度,谈谈国家重视”舌尖上的安全“的经济意义和政治依据。
