目的:分析信息技术在手术部质量安全管理实践中的应用效果,构建医院手术部质量安全管理创新模式。方法:采用整群抽样,将2016年1-3月15 750例手术设为对照组,2017年1-3月20 225例手术设为实验组,对照组基于传统手术部人工单个信息系统管理方法,实验组基于信息技术手段的管理方法。结果:实验组首台手术准点切皮率达92.62%;手术安全核查分时段执行率在麻醉前、患者离开手术室前有差异;患者输注血制品时间缩短;物品质量追踪率达95.45%;一、二级护理质控频次增加;住院患者满意度(96.41±12.64)分,各项评价指标均有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:基于信息技术构建医院手术部质量安全管理体系,在临床管理实践中应用效果良好,实现物与物、物与人、人与人之间实时信息资源共享、构建了智能化手术室信息管理创新模式。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of information technology in the quality and safety management of operation department and to construct the innovation mode of quality and safety management in the operation department of the hospital. METHODS: A total of 15 750 cases of surgery from January to March in 2016 were enrolled in the study. 20 225 cases of surgery from January to March in 2017 were selected as the experimental group. Conclusion: Based on the information technology, the quality and safety management system of the operation department of the hospital is established.
