传统师生关系存在以下误区:塑造听话的学生;管理者绝对的权威;差别对待陈旧的师生关系。这些已无法满足现代社会的需求,亦不利于学生的发展,因此要树立新的符合社会发展的新型师生关系来保障教育教学工作的顺利实施。建立新型的师生关系重点要做好:充分尊重信任学生;和学生做朋友;善于发现学生身上的闪光点;做教育的引导者;教师渊博的知识。
The traditional relationship between teachers and students there are the following errors: shaping obedient students; managers absolute authority; different treatment of obsolete teacher-student relationship. These are unable to meet the needs of the modern society and not conducive to the development of students. Therefore, we must establish a new relationship between teachers and students in line with social development so as to ensure the smooth implementation of education and teaching. Establish a new focus on the relationship between teachers and students to do: fully respect the trust of students; and students as friends; be good at discovering the bright spots of students; to do the education guide; teacher profound knowledge.
