社区文化建设是社区整体建设的核心和灵魂,借助文化建设来提升居民对社区的认同感是社区建设的关键。本文对苏州工业园区中莲花社区、高浜社区进行调查发现,社区文化资源的相对匮乏、整合乏力以及新的社区文化生成困难是拆迁安居型社区成长面临的基本障碍。为此,需要形成政府引导、社区创建与居民参与的动态互动,构建起社区管理新机制,以逐渐减少和消解文化排斥与居民冷漠,从而形成真正有文化归宿感的宜居社区。
The construction of community culture is the core and soul of the community as a whole. It is the key to community construction to promote residents’ recognition of the community through cultural construction. In this paper, a survey of community in Lianhuahua and Gaoban in Suzhou Industrial Park found that the relative lack of community cultural resources, weak integration and the difficulty of new community culture are the basic barriers to the development of demolished community. To this end, it is necessary to form a dynamic interaction between government guidance, community creation and residents’ participation and establish a new mechanism for community management so as to gradually reduce and eliminate cultural exclusion and indifference to inhabitants, so as to form a livable community with a truly cultural sense of belonging.
