余干中学经过十年的发展,已经由搬迁时的42个班级,扩大到如今的92个班级建制。学校规模的扩大,也带了管理方式的转变。经过反复认证,学校决定实行年级目标管理,具体来说就是把过去由职能部门承担的管理学生、班级、教师的权限分解到各个年级,由年级小组具体负责日常管理,学校则委派一至二名蹲点校长到各年级实行督导、协调、服务等工作。这种模式把校长从繁杂的事务中解脱出来,主要进行宏观指导与监督,从而腾出更多精力思考学校发展大计。年级目标管理实行十年来,各年级充分
