“批评上级怕遭报复,批评下级怕丢选票,批评同级怕伤感情,批评自己怕揪辫子。”这个关于开展批评与自我批评的“四怕”顺口溜流传甚广。它道出了一些批评者唯恐因开展批评个人利益受损的惧怕心理,也反映出一些被批评者不能正确对待批评的社会现实。批评者与被批评者两方的政治素质、业务素质之高低,都影响着批评与自我批评的开展。深究起来,影响批评与自我批评开展的还有第三个因素——非批评者亦非被批评者的“第三者”的素质。“第三者”能够阻止正确的批
