目的:分析糖尿病并发急性虹膜睫状体炎的临床特点与治疗效果。方法:研究我院在2012年4月至2015年4月期间接诊的细腰20例患者,采用常规的西药做抗炎、散瞳、止痛等治疗。结果:治愈率为100%,复发率为15%;治疗满意度为90%。结论:糖尿病并发急性虹膜睫状体炎需要通过综合治疗来缓解病情,从而有效的降低复发率,治愈率能得到有效保障,提升治疗满意度。
Objective: To analyze the clinical features and therapeutic effects of diabetes mellitus complicated with acute iridocyclitis. Methods: Twenty patients with slender waist in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were treated with conventional western medicine for anti-inflammatory, mydriasis and analgesia. Results: The cure rate was 100% and the recurrence rate was 15%. The treatment satisfaction was 90%. Conclusion: Diabetes mellitus complicated with acute iridocyclitis need to be treated by comprehensive treatment to relieve the disease, so as to effectively reduce the recurrence rate. The cure rate can be effectively guaranteed and the satisfaction of treatment can be improved.
