In order to accomplish this task, the first and key point of the Institute is to further emancipate the mind and update concepts. We should re-examine the importance and necessity of running a science and technology enterprise from the macro process of social and economic development and regard the development of science and technology enterprises as It is a strategic step of adjusting the structure of scientific research and promoting the close combination of science and technology with economic development.
