郁洛善(1894-1969),原籍南宫市郁家庄。幼时家中清贫,14岁就给地主当雇工。1934年,因生活所迫,背井离乡到冀县(今衡水市冀州区)西沙疙瘩村定居。在农业合作化运动中,率领村民创办合作社,毛泽东主席为之题词“劳动光荣”。全国农业劳动模范。曾任冀县副县长。第二、三届河北省政协委员。在我省农业劳模中,从新中国成立之初(有的甚至更早)就坚持走合作化道路的农民,王国藩、耿长锁、王志琪等的名字已广为人知,冀县(今衡水冀州
