吨粮田建设、中低产田改造、土地新资源开发是三个不同层次的建设。吨粮田建设是成建制，一方一方的建设，建成后具有稳定吨粮的综合生产能力和综合优化配套的农业技术体系，吨粮田建设是实现“三高”农业的基础和条件，按照市场经济规律调整和优化种植结构，提高经济效益，当前围绕“三高”，研究如何调整和优化种植业结构，取得更高经济效益，是一个重要的研究课题。本文还提出了吨粮田建设标准、条件和加快建设的方法。
The construction of a ton of grain fields, the transformation of middle and low-yielding fields, and the development of new land resources are three different levels of construction. The construction of the grain field is the construction of one system and the construction of one side. After the project is completed, it has the comprehensive production capacity of stable tonnage and the agricultural technology system that is comprehensively and optimally matched. The construction of the grain field is the foundation and condition for realizing “three highs” agriculture. According to the market Economic regulation and optimization of planting structure, improve economic efficiency, the current focus on the “three highs” to study how to adjust and optimize the planting structure, achieve higher economic efficiency, is an important research topic. This article also proposed the standard of ton grain field construction, condition and method of accelerating construction.
