心得安常被用于急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病人,但此药诱发急性左心衰竭的情况却不容忽视。现将笔者所遇的5例报道如下。 一、临床资料 1.5例均系典型AMI心电图改变的男性患者,年龄54～67岁。AMI部位:前侧壁2例,广泛前壁1例,广泛前壁合并高侧壁及下壁各1例。合并糖尿病3例。治疗前BP16～12/12～8kPa,HR100～120次/分。在使用心得安前,无一例有左心衰竭的临床表现。
Common sense is used in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), but the drug induced acute left heart failure but can not be ignored. Now I encountered five cases reported below. First, the clinical data were 1.5 cases of typical AMI ECG changes in male patients, aged 54 to 67 years. AMI site: anterior wall in 2 cases, extensive anterior wall in 1 case, extensive anterior wall merger in the high side and the inferior wall in 1 case. 3 cases of diabetes mellitus. Before treatment BP16 ~ 12/12 ~ 8kPa, HR100 ~ 120 beats / min. In the use of safety before, no case of clinical manifestations of left heart failure.
