双钢筋是指在两根平行连续的钢筋之间,按一定间距焊上一根短钢筋而形成的梯格状筋片,它是一种新型配筋材料。SJH-3型双钢筋自动焊机是焊制双钢筋的专用焊机,它适用于焊制成盘的双钢筋制品,也适于预制构件生产自动线的配套生产。该机由浙江省建筑科研所研制成功,并于1983年由浙江省新登机床厂开始小批量生产(详见本期广告),先后在浙江、辽宁、甘肃和北京等省市的预制企业投入使用。现简介如下。
