为了解江西信丰地区柑桔木虱Diaphorina citri田间种群成虫对几种常用农药(清水为对照)的敏感性,以华南农业大学昆虫生态研究室用九里香饲养的种群作为敏感对照,进行了室内药效测定。结果表明,啶虫脒、敌敌畏、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威和噻虫嗪对信丰田间种群的防治效果较好,处理后48~72h导致的死亡率≥92.7%。信丰田间种群用高效氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉可溶性液剂、吡虫啉悬浮剂、毒死蜱、噻虫嗪、啶虫脒处理24h后的校正死亡率显著低于敏感种群。48h和72h后,前4种药剂的校正死亡率仍显著低于敏感种群。另外,处理72h后,阿维菌素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐处理的信丰田间种群校正死亡率也显著低于敏感种群。说明,信丰田间种群对这些农药的敏感性已下降。信丰田间种群对高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性下降最为明显,与敏感种群相比校正死亡率降低72.2%;其次为吡虫啉,降低48.3%。建议该地区暂时停止使用高效氯氰菊酯和吡虫啉。信丰田间种群对敌敌畏和丁硫克百威的敏感性未下降。
In order to understand the sensitivity of adults of Diaphorina citri to the common pesticides (water control) in the citrus psyllid field of Xinfeng in Jiangxi Province, the population of Jiulixiang in South China Agricultural University was used as the sensitive control, Pharmacodynamic determination. The results showed that acetamiprid, dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, carbosulfan, carbosulfan and thiamethoxam had good control effects on the field population of Xintong, and the mortality rate reached 92.7% after 48 ~ 72h treatment. The corrected mortality of Xinfeng’s population after 24-hour treatment with beta-cypermethrin, imidacloprid soluble liquor, imidacloprid suspension, chlorpyrifos, thiamethoxam and acetamiprid was significantly lower than that of the sensitive population. After 48 h and 72 h, the corrected mortalities of the first 4 agents were still significantly lower than those of the susceptible ones. In addition, after 72 h of treatment, the correctional mortality rate of abamectin and emamectin benzoate was also significantly lower than that of the sensitive population. This shows that the sensitivity of Xinfeng’s population to these pesticides has declined. The sensitivity of alfabenol to beta-cypermethrin decreased most significantly, and the corrected mortality decreased by 72.2% compared with the susceptible population, followed by imidacloprid by 48.3%. It is recommended that beta-cypermethrin and imidacloprid be temporarily suspended in the area. Sensitivity to dichlorvos and carbosulfan in Xinfeng’s field did not decrease.
