系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一累及全身多系统的自身免疫性疾病。当多个系统同时受累或症状表现典型时,诊断不难。但某些患者往往以某一症状或某一系统为突出表现,临床医生若警惕性不高,容易导致误诊。我院自1991年～1999年收治SLE患者32例,其中误诊10例,现分析报道如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组10例,男2例,女8例。年龄20岁～50岁,中位数35岁。所有病例均符合1982年全国风湿病学术会议及同年美国风湿病学会制订的
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic and autoimmune disease involving the whole body. It is not difficult to diagnose when multiple systems are involved or symptoms are typical. However, some patients are often a symptom or a system for the outstanding performance, clinicians vigilance is not high, easily lead to misdiagnosis.
