毛萝藦是萝藦科牛奶菜属植物牛奶菜。酃县中草药研究所用于治疗毒蛇咬伤,有显著疗效,认为有抗蛇毒、抗溶血、止痛、消炎及消肿等作用。我们用酃县提供的毛萝藦注射液进行镇痛、抗炎实验研究,现将结果报告如下。一、实验药物和动物: 毛萝藦注射液由酃县中草药研究所提供,小白鼠由湖南医学院动物室提供。二、实验方法和实验结果: 1、镇痛作用: ①扭体法:小白鼠体重18～22克,共90只,雌雄不拘,随机分为三组,第一组腹腔注射生理盐水0.2毫升/10克,第二组腹腔注射毛萝藦注射液0.2毫升/10克,第三组腹腔注射0.2%延胡索乙素0.2毫升/10克,30分后钟,分别腹腔注射0.05%酒石酸锑钾0.1毫升/10克,观察10分钟内小白鼠出现扭体反应的只数,结果见表1。

We used analgesic and anti-inflammation experimental studies in the Luoluoqi injection provided by Shexian County. The results are reported below. I. Experimental drugs and animals: The Chinese herbal medicine Luoluoqin Injection was provided by the Qixian Institute of Chinese Herbal Medicine and the mouse was provided by the Hunan Medical College Animal Room. Second, the experimental methods and experimental results: 1, analgesic effect: 1 writhing method: the weight of mice 18 to 22 grams, a total of 90, male or female, are randomly divided into three groups, the first group of intraperitoneal injection of normal saline 0.2 ml / 10g, the second group of intraperitoneal injection of kalium extract 0.2ml/10g, the third group of intraperitoneal injection of 0.2% tetrahydropalmatine 0.2ml/10g, 30 minutes later, 0.05% intraperitoneal injection of 0.05ml potassium cerium tartrate 0.1ml /10 g. Observe the number of writhing responses of mice in 10 minutes. The results are shown in Table 1.
