目的综述近年来经皮免疫在改善疫苗传递方面的研究进展。方法以近年来的研究文献为基础,从经皮免疫的概念、优点、皮肤免疫的机制出发,分析了佐剂和各种促渗技术在经皮免疫中的应用,概述了经皮免疫在各种疫苗中的进展,讨论了经皮免疫应用的可行性以及目前需解决的问题。结果与结论经皮免疫将抗原局部应用于皮肤,已经证实可以引起机体系统和黏膜的免疫应答。作为一种新的疫苗接种途径,与传统的注射免疫方式相比,在提高接种安全性、增加患者的依从性、减少注射部位的疼痛、提高疫苗接种效率和降低费用等方面具有很大优势。经皮免疫将成为未来疫苗免疫发展的新方向之一,但其应用还需要更多安全性和有效性的临床实验的验证。
Objective To summarize the research progress of transcutaneous immunization in improving vaccine delivery in recent years. Methods Based on the research literature in recent years, based on the concepts, advantages and skin immunization mechanism of percutaneous immunization, the application of adjuvant and various percolation techniques in percutaneous immunization was analyzed. The effects of percutaneous immunization The progress in vaccines was discussed, and the feasibility of transcutaneous immunization and the current problems to be solved were discussed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Transdermal topical application of antigens to the skin has been shown to elicit an immune response in the body system and mucosa. As a new route of vaccination, it has great advantages in improving vaccination safety, increasing patient compliance, reducing pain in injection site, improving vaccination efficiency and reducing costs compared with traditional injection immunization. Transcutaneous immunization will become one of the new directions for the development of vaccine immunity in the future, but its application still needs the verification of clinical trials with more safety and effectiveness.
