为创建“融学善思”特色年级组团队,积淀教师师能素养,武汉市江汉区华苑小学以区教育局、教研室开展“学科基地校建设工作”为契机,着重夯实学科备课组研究基地,结合学校学科、教师优势资源,开展学科基地校备课组建设研究工作,由点及面,融合优势学科研究资源,探究“四段四学思”融合课堂教学模式实施方法、经验与成果推广到其它学科。经过一年多的尝试,我校英语学科基地建设工作努力做出以下实践与探索。
In order to create a group with the characteristics of “learning by thinking and thinking”, we can accumulate the qualities of teachers and teachers.
