学校管理执行力,就是学校教职员工在共同愿景的引领下,贯彻落实学校制定的战略决策、方针策略、制度措施、方案计划和实现学校战略目标的能力。学校经过美育文化的建设,通过了武汉市素质教育特色学校的督导评估,形成了“尚美育人”的办学理念及其实施策略,并初步形成了“尚美育人”的办学特色。如何将这一理念与实施策略贯彻到学校工作的各个方面,实现由“特色学校”向“品牌学校”的跨越式发展,依然绕不过“学校管理执行力”这个问
The execution of school management is the ability of school faculty and staff to carry out the strategic decisions, guidelines and tactics, institutional measures, program plans and the school’s strategic goals formulated by the school under the guidance of a common vision.
