Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic area where all minorities have their own distinctive literary traditions. However, it was hard to develop until liberation, because there were no published and published fields. In April 1948, Uyghur writer Ibrahim Singh submitted his novel “Flower of Love” to the competent authorities for examination, and requested the granting of newsprint for printing (then a special material for control). As a result, “Mudun into the Sea” had no news . Another Uighur writer Imin Toltayoufu’s novel Blood to the Sea was translated into Chinese but was nowhere to be published until it was first published in The Northwest Literature and Art (predecessor of Yanhe) - 6 serial.
