目的:对比研究二维及四维超声成像在胎儿外耳探测中的价值。方法:对7488例17~34周的胎儿外耳结构进行二维及四维超声探测。结果:二维超声成像7479例(99.89%)胎儿能获得满意的外耳结构图像。四维超声成像7482例(99.91%)胎儿能获得满意的外耳表面三维图像。二维、四维超声成像探测胎儿外耳显示率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本组病例中二维超声检出7例、四维超声检出8例外耳畸形胎儿,两种检查方法检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产前超声(二维及四维)用于胎儿外耳结构的探测具有较高的显示率;二维超声可以作为检出外耳异常的首选方法。
Objective: To compare the value of two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasonography in detecting fetal outer ear. Methods: Fetal and external ear structures of 7488 patients aged 17-34 weeks were examined by two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasonography. Results: 7479 cases (99.89%) fetuses with two-dimensional ultrasound imaging could obtain satisfactory images of the external ear structure. Four-dimensional ultrasound imaging 7482 (99.91%) fetuses can obtain satisfactory three-dimensional images of the outer ear surface. Two-dimensional, four-dimensional ultrasound imaging detection rate of fetal outer ear showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Seven cases were detected by two-dimensional ultrasonography and eight cases of extra-ear malformation fetus by four-dimensional ultrasonography. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Prenatal ultrasound (2D and IV) can be used to detect the external ear structure of the fetus with a high rate of display. Two-dimensional ultrasound can be used as the first choice to detect the external ear abnormalities.
