我省粮食储运工作由于采取了不少防止浪费堵塞漏洞的措施,得到了一定收获。伹是目前在储运过程中粮食浪费与损失的现象仍很严重。首先,在粮食保管上,自去年征购粮食入库以来,由于部分地区的护仓工作不力和部分干部的思想麻痹,致使粮库被火烧、偷盗、破坏的事件不断发生。部分粮库在粮食入库以前的清仓消毒工作做的不够彻底,和接收入库的粮食检验不够认真,
