研究了Al-Li合金为芯体、Al-Mg-Cu-Si合金为包壳的扩散偶,经共挤压及520℃/2h固溶处理后,芯体与包壳间的互扩散现象。实验证明,芯体与包壳间的扩散层——Al(Li-Mg-Cu-Si)的形成和长大与固溶处理条件、挤压工艺、芯坯和包壳坯表面状态有关。采用离子探针和质谱仪测定锂在包壳中的扩散深度为0.16mm和0.25mm,锂在包壳中的扩散系数为6.1×10~(-9)cm~2/s。
The diffusion pairs of Al-Li alloy and Al-Mg-Cu-Si alloy as cladding were studied. The interdiffusion phenomenon between core and cladding after co-extrusion and solution treatment at 520 ℃ / 2h. Experiments show that the formation and growth of Al-Li (Li-Mg-Cu-Si) between the core and the cladding is related to the solution treatment conditions, the extrusion process, the surface condition of the core and the cladding. The diffusion depth of lithium in the cladding was 0.16mm and 0.25mm, respectively. The diffusion coefficient of lithium in the cladding was 6.1 × 10 ~ (-9) cm ~ 2 / s using ion probe and mass spectrometer.
